I am a Clinical Nutritionist and founder of The LYS Program, a leading root-cause healing program for eczema that blends science, psychology, and personalised nutrition. My journey began with a lifetime of eczema: constant flare-ups, endless creams, failed diets. Frustrated by the cycle, I was determined to find a better way.
I completed a degree in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine, was selected for the BioCeuticals Internship, and trained under one of Australia’s top diagnostic Naturopaths. The turning point came when I noticed the connection between mental and emotional stress and chronic inflammatory conditions like eczema. This led me to integrate Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory into the Love Your Skin method.
Today, I run a Research and Development project developing a multimodal system for eczema treatment. I lead the passionate LYS team dedicated to innovation in eczema care. This proven method has helped nearly 1,000 eczema warriors transform their skin, build inner resilience, and achieve lasting relief.
